Fix conf_mat problem #140

Describe the bug Because of the new implementation of PL, a new warning occurs because the calculation of occurring pixels in the prediction is wrongly calculated. We need to adapt this calculation to the new way of getting the amount of GPUs.

To Reproduce run any experiment python run.py
