would not say that - in the upload procedure you can see it's not mandatory. Because the differenciation of videos with and without title is in the long run and in the realm of big data also helpfull - with title is supposedly more valuable than without

At the very least then:

[ ] remove working title as the default title
[ ] ensure that title and description triples are only being created when there are values provided by the user (not sure if that's true at the moment)
