1 year ago you might be installed the cloud version or paid version of ubuntu ,try installing again it should be in "ISO" format

When I plug my flash disk for bootable installer Ubuntu, the result is :
/init : line 49: can't open /dev/sr0: No Medium found.
I downloaded Ubuntu for my laptop. When I tried to install it, I got the following error message:
The installer encountered an error copying files to the hard disk:
[Errno 5] Input/output error
When running the command without UI, I see the real error :
PS C:\Users\ser> ubuntu2204.exe install --ui=none Conversion in progress, this may take a few minutes... For information on key differences with WSL 2 please visit https://aka.ms/wsl2 The requested operation could not be completed due to a virtual disk system limitation. Virtual hard disk files must be uncompressed and unencrypted and must not be sparse.
