programming Arduino #4

I can´t programm the arduino. I get the message "programmer is not responding". I have selcted all programmers one after another.

This is a fairly common problem which can be caused because of a large collection of issues. If you have already soldered your logic level shifter to the Arduino then that will interfere with the USB connection. You'll need to disconnect it before trying to upload code.

I have desoldered the level shifter but I can't flash the Arduino.
