Size of drawing in PDF Pattern #9

Hi, I printed 3 different sizes of the PDF pattern. I checked the 10cm bar that is given as a reference for size on each of the patterns. All bars end up measuring 9cm only. Is there a mistake in the measurement ? Otherwise, how do I get 10cm out of the printer ? Thank you PS : I would have sent pictures but I can't find a way to do so.

It should be the setting of your printer which resized the image.
