Unlocked Pdf with (secured) title #970

I have a locked pdf with a password even though I am passing correct password but it didn't read that pdf with the password. Same with the unlocked Pdf which was locked but I have unlocked it. Pdf reader still couldn't read it even though every other app on android and system can read that file. please resolve it thanks
