exported smd file from milkshape 3d cannot be imported #102

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Import the attached file

After import only the skeleton is visible
The mesh is missing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

a loaded mesh

What version of Blender and the SMD Tools are you using? On what operating
system?

blender: 2.68a
SMD Tools: 1.9.0
OS: win XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.

The file was successfully loaded in blender 2.63a and SMD Tools 1.2.3

The smd file was exported from milkshape 3d 1.8.5 beta 1

This is an invalid SMD because it doesn't specify any material names. I'll work 
around this particular issue in the next release.
