Bugfix batches 1 + 2

I've set the base to rfm/kill_warnings to keep the changes separate in the PR. Change the base to main before merging.

Changes:

• Superknob updates are always sent. This fixes encoder reset not changing the superknob value
• RGB and encoder dial animations are now controlled on separate channels.
• Refactored color map code to allow for manual tweaking, fixed some crushed colors so that they now better match the swatch in the utility.
• Fixed encoder mode changing when color messages are sent to it
• Made "responsive" mode do something with 3Fh encoders--it sends +2/-2 instead of +1/-1.
