What plugin are you using for social media icons? It seems like you have either multiple plugins activated or have embedded certain codes too many times. I've found that the sharing plugin from JetPack works the best, especially with Twenty-Twelve. You can just turn on whatever items you want in the settings in the admin and choose what icons you want.

Thanks, I had to deactivate an extra plugin.
