Travis CI integration #21

Use Travis for running the test suite in the following modes:

cover
race
go fmt $name/... | wc -l

I didn't want to do a close-via-commit-message, since this is finicky business, and it took a couple shots to get it right. But it's working now, and provides everything but race coverage, which I'll do in a separate ticket.
