[Bug] Some features don't work for me

I have multiple bugs. First of all, I can't access to the lyrics. The button is in light grey, it's like I can't have the lyrics or there are not lyrics, but it's on every music. And there is also some other features that are in light grey like that such as the visualizer for the lyrics (even if I can activate it) or the option "Spotify v1" to import songs from Spotify, which I can't access to. I searched, but didn't find any explanation, so I would like to ask you please, why do I have this. Thank you for your attention and for your work.

All of the greyed out options are rendered like that on purpose to indicate they are disabled/unavailable. I didn't just remove them as some might get implemented and activated at a later point.

These options are disabled by design atm:

• visualizer
• spotify import v1

As for the lyrics, the button is only disabled when ReFreezer couldn't get lyrics from the Deezer API for the current track. If lyrics are available in the Deezer app or web player, they should also be available in ReFreezer.

If you have an example of a track that has lyrics on Deezer but doesn't have them in ReFreezer, please give me the track link(s), so I can try to reproduce...

Ok, thank you for the informations.

For the lyrics, it is greyed for every song, and even those with Deezer lyrics, like every famous songs which almost all of these have Deezer lyrics If you want some examples, of songs that I listen and don't have the lyrics :
Travis Scott, Highest in the room Godzilla, Eminem After hours, The Weeknd etc. But there are so many other songs for which lyrics don't work, I verified

Maybe I didn't install the app correctly ? Is it something with my settings ?

@tyroX888 please note that there are a lot of tracks for which Deezer simply doesn't provide lyrics. And iirc, for the tracks that have lyrics, Deezer only provides these for premium accounts.

E.g. this is a track from Eminem which has lyrics on Deezer and they are available in refreezer (with premium account).

If this track doesn't show lyrics in ReFreezer for you, plz let me know what kind of account you are using. Or if you can find a specific other track which has lyrics on Deezer but not in ReFreezer, please provide the exact link.

Ok, I understand now. I have a Deezer free account, so that's why I don't have most of the lyrics.

Meanwhile, when I download a song which has lyrics, even if my account is freemium, it download also the .lrc lyrics file of the song with it. And if I open the downloaded song with my default music app of the device (or any other kind of music player app), it appears with the lyrics. But I don't have it on ReFreezer anyway. How ?

@tyroX888 Can you please give me the direct link to that track and tell me the country of your account? Also, what exactly do you mean with "freemium"? Just a free account or does it have one of those "premium" plans that don't include HiFi?

I need to be able to reproduce your problem in order to figure out why it's happening and possibly fix it.

Sorry, I meant that my account is just a free account.

Also, I can't have access to any other version of the songs : I can only listen to the MP3 128kbps version, not the FLAC or the other MP3 Version (MP3 320kbps). (If you want an example of song, it would be the same I sent to you in this message)

So, why do I have these issues ?
