Settings file is not writable all the time. #32

You will get the following error on some computers.  Most likely if the UAC is 
enabled on Windows V/7.
Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Dtronix\dtxUpload\settings.dcf' is 
denied.

Suggest to move application data folder.
