After Jailbreak and Activation, iPhone become very very very slow #179

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Entered DFU Mode, downgrade to 1.0.2
2. Jailbroke
3. Activate phone and Had Reset (Home + Sleep Button)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
iPhone should work as an iPod Touch, connection with iNdependence should occured

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS X 10.4.10, iTunes 7.4.2 (4), iNdependence 1.2.5

Please provide any additional information below.
Everything on the phone works with a 10 sec delay !!! iTunes and iNdependence 
cant see the 
phone ??? Tried to hard reset many times without results.
