customized iphone to show 0 apps - how can i restore??? please help!!! #221

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I installed Customize using Installer.app and customized it to show 0 
Applications in the 
springboard or dock. I now see an empty springboard when i turn the phone on 
and can only 
access iTunes by double-clicking home button.

iPhone 1.1.1 

Please provide any additional information below.
I used independence to jail-break the iphone and unlock it. If i use the 
restore function in iTunes 
wil this Brick my iPhone??? How can i restore my phone???
