Cannot hear the person i am calling #228

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. call someone
2. you dont  hear his voice
3. you hear the ringing but when the person answers you will not hear his 
voice.

can anybody help????

on the other side:
if i get i call from someone everything runs normally the caller hears my voice 
and 
i can hear him.
but if i call someone he ll be able to hear me but i am will not be able to 
hear 
him :(
