Unexpectedly quits on Leopard #264

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get Leopard
2. Try to run iNdependence (after copying to subfolder of Applications folder)
3. Watch it Unexpectedly quit time after time.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should open correctly, but it doesn't.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3b2 on OSX 10.5 Leopard

Please provide any additional information below.

same for me...
also the 1.2.5 version does not recognize my iphone in leopard, even though i 
use itunes 7.4.2
