Problem with special 1.1.1 upgrade #277

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use of update button after pre-1.1.1 upgrade procedure should update to 
1.1.1. Now updates 
to 1.1.2 hence update button can't be used anymore. Restore button doesn't work 
either as 
iNdependence fails to Activate if Restore option is used to install 1.1.1  
INSTEAD of update button 
which can no longer be used thanks to the 1.1.2 update
2. iNdependence 1.2.5 & 1.3
3. Mac OSX 10.4.10/10.4.11/10.5.1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
