troubles indicating the mobiledevice folder

Hi there. I got stuck even earlier in the process than most users. iNdependence 
just won't open, 
even after I try to point out the Mobiledevice framework I downloaded. The 
window will initially give 
me the chance to select the location folder and "open" it, but it will 
immediately restore itself and 
then "open" button will now be disabled. All of the contained folders will 
behave the same way. I 
attach a pic. Is this something other users have encountered??

I got stuck here too --- read the instructions carefully.
The first chooser whider points to the mobiledevice.folder
the second to the copy on independence you installed 

-- 2 different things -- 2 chooser windows.

4) Once you have that, choose the location of the MobileDevice.framework folder 
using the first file chooser.
5) If that works, then choose the location where you installed iNdependence on 
your computer using the 
second file chooser.
6) At this point you should see a success message.
