Hi I purchased new I phone, and I do not know how to check the firmware 
version?

also once I know this how do I unlock this?

turn it on, if you see a world picture it is 1.1.1 y you see a slide to unlock 
in several languages and a cable to 
connect to itunes its 1.1.2
