1.1.1 Activate/Jailbreak only work on Pre 1.1.1 Updated iPhone? #295

I'm using Mac OS X Tiger, 10.4.10, and 
iNdependence 1.3 Beta 2. 

I downgrade 1.1.2 to 1.1.1 by iTunes.
and i get out my iPhone from recovery mode by iNdependence.

and i want to activate it. but it doesn't!

It worked only on Pre 1.1.1 Updated iPhone??
