Pre 1.1.1 Upgrade problem #299

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. selecting "Pre 1.1.1 Upgrade

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Recieve Host verification failed.

Would you like iNdependence to try and fix this for you by editing 
/Users/kevinsmith/.ssh/known_hosts? message. Click yes then get Couldn't remove 
entry from 
/Users/kevinsmith/.ssh/known_hosts.  Please edit that file by hand and remove 
the line 
containing your phone's IP address.    message. Can navigate to the directory 
but can't find the 
file. Please help.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3 Beta 2 - OSX 10.4.11

Please provide any additional information below.
