AppSnapp will not install

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On iPhone Safari, go to www.jailbreakme.com
2. click on Install AppSnapp
3. nothing happens

What is the expected output? 
Quit Safari, restart iPhone, see Installer icon.
What do you see instead? no change. no icon, even after waiting and restarting.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Independence 1.3 (15 dec) and iPhone 1.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.
I had a 1.1.1 iPhone unlocked with SimFree.
I used Independence 1.3 to successfully upgrade iPhone from 1.1.1 to 1.1.2
Activation, Jailbreak, SSH and Customize to transfer an application are all 
working perfect!

I did not need to use SimFree again, nor AnySim. Everything is back to normal.

But I cannot get the AppTap installed in order to get back applications.

I don't know what the jailbreakme site does to install AppSnapp, but you could 
try downloading it as a 
standalone application (not sure where) and then installing it by hand in the 
Customize tab of iNdependence.

Otherwise, sounds like the issue is with jailbreakme.com and not iNdependence.

my understanding of the jailbreakme site was that it used the 'tiff exploit' in 
order to install appsnapp

if you navigate to it to install appsnapp it does indeed take you directly to a 
.tiff file

the tiff exploit is of course not available in firmware 1.1.2 as it has been 
fixed

ie you can't install it anymore
