Can't get calls, calling is difficult/impossible

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I did iNdependent 1.3.1 an the new anySim
2. The Sim-Card is recognized by the iPhone, but I can't receive calls and can 
only call out of the 
contacts, not from the numeric Pad
3. At least, calling an receive calls doesn't work

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to use my iPhone as a mobile telephone

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iPhone 1.1.1 OTB, Mac OS 10.4, iTunes 7.5, iNdependence 1.3.1, Orange 
(Switzerland)

Please provide any additional information below.
I mad several tryes before with iNdependece 1.2 and 1.3 (and failed). Do I have 
to virginize my 
iPhone? If so, where can I get an easy to use instruction for that?
