Unlocked 1.1.1 using iphone.unlock.no instructions. Deactivated in independance due to problem. Now stuck #324

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start with a fresh 1.1.1 restored phone
2. Use instructions at iphone.unlock.no (which work great)
3. run anysim to unlock
4. deactivate in the latest version of independance

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I am unable to reactivate the phone. Not only that but the phone still goes
to the main menu. No requests to activate etc.

Independance options are greyed out and indicate that the phone is not
activated and jailed. Attempts to activate tell me to go back to 1.0.2

I can however write to the filesystem via ssh.

iTunes does not offer option to restore.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Running 1.3 on OSX

Please provide any additional information below.

I just with i'd never deactivated. I dont know how to reactivate. iTunes
wont let me restore. Everything works but im not activated so my phone
functions are gone.

iTunes tells me 'There is no carrier that supports the installed SIM card
in the iphone'

What can i do!?

Another chap has suffered this problem so its a duplicate.

Painful problem thought. I click to hell.

Resolution was a DFU restore to a fresh 1.1.1 and start over.
