jailbroken 1.1.3 with ZiPhone not seen as jailbroken #395

With a 2.6BL 1.1.2 OOT updated to 1.1.3 in iTunes and not jailbroken until
last night, with ZiPhone 1.1. I have installer.app installed and several
applications, but iNdependence 1.4 beta 2 does not see my phone as
jailbroken, says jailed and won't allow modification of themes/files, anything.
