After restore to 1.0.2: Error writing modified Services.plis to phone #399

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Restore iPhone from 1.1.3 to 1.0.2 and try to activate using latest beta.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is Independence starting to activate the iPhone. Instead i get a
message saying "Error writing modified Services.plis to phone"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
first soft upgraded version 1.1.3, downgrade to 1.0.2 iPhone firmware.
Independence version 4beta
