What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. jailbreak the iphone with ziphone
2. open independence
3. says jailed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
jailbroken; jailed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4 beta, leopard 10.5.2

Please provide any additional information below.
when i click jailbreak in independence says can't put into recovery mode

Independence says my iphone is jailed, but is jailbreak with ziphone and 
everything
works ok

I use 1.4 beta in leopard too

I hope is a bug from the beta
