1.0.2 with 04.01.13_G Baseband #76

Hi, I am running iPhone 1.0.2 after downgrading from 1.1.1 unlocked using 
iphonesimfree. My 
baseband is still 
running the 1.1.1 version 04.01.13_G phone is working perfectly. Do i have to 
downgrade this 
before i can 
continue with independence 1.2.2 or can i proceed as normal.

As mentioned in the help file this should be OK:

Step 14
You will get a message from iTunes at the end saying that the iPhone could not 
be restored. This is normal (and 
expected). The restore actually worked fine, but the error is shown because the 
modem firmware could not be 
downgraded (which is ok).

No need to downgrade if you are on 1.0.2 (baseband version doesn't matter at 
all).
