What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Renamed /Library/LaunchAgents/org.thebends.iphonedisk.mobile_fs_util.plist
4th parameter to com.apple.afc2 (as described in the README)
2. Reboot Mac
3. Connect jailbroken iPhone 3GS 4.2.1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Mount iPhone with root access to file system.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Disk for iPhone 20100411.dmg

Please provide any additional information below.

Forgot to mention.
If the 4th paramenter in the plist file is com.apple.afc2 the iphone does not
mount.
If the 4th parameter is com.apple.afc, iphone does mount but with no access to
root file system.

I figured it out.
I had to install afc2add via Cydia.

Thanks.
