Doesn't check URL if parts are missing #2

It'll check this URL and return an error message: http://sdfdrhnftgyj.com

It won't return the error message for sdfdrhnftgyj.com or sdfdrhnftgyj

I've using version 1.3 of this plugin and 1.6 or YOURLS.

Sorry for the long delay.

The plugin only checks full urls with http:// or https://.  If it doesn't have 
those, the plugin will skip the checking and send it back to YOURLS.  What 
YOURLS will do is add the http:// for you and then create the short link.

I've now updated the plugin to add http:// and then check the reachability.  
The plugin version is 1.5.
