Error playing video #12

When trying to play a video, an error occurs: fetch preview image failed: Media download result: the server aborts the downloading. What are the reasons for this error?

Drone model: Mavic Pro Firmware version: 01.03.0400 Android device name: Tablet88T Android device OS version: 7.0

When I want to play a video, this error immediately appears. After that, I get a message that the app has failed and I need to restart it. After restarting the app, I can't watch the video again.
