I made a DJI-SDK 4.16.4 update via a fork. #90

Support for DJI SDK 4.16.4 works, added Mini, Mini 2 and Mini SE. Previous issues with Mavic 2 Pro seems to have been resolved with 4.16.4 update.

Hmm.... with respect to the strange issue this morning https://github.com/DJI-Mobile-SDK-Tutorials/Android-VideoStreamDecodingSample/issues/89#event-8119647879: What is the problem with 4.16.2? You say, there is no video with Mavic 2 Pro? But 4.16.4 works? Pretty confusing...
