Brain Flak classic no ascii output #85

When using the -A flag in brainflak classic you just have decimal output :( please fix because my answer is removed until then

More specifically, the [...] monad in brain-flak classic doesn't do ASCII output. Pushing values on the stack with the -A flag will still give ASCII output when the program finishes execution.
