Winetricks wininet fails to set override if IE was installed first #332

Native wininet is actually installed with winetricks ie7/ie8, but winetricks 
does not set an override for it. If winetricks wininet is run afterwards, it 
detects that native wininet is already installed and does nothing. It should 
set the override.
