I creat a diff file, can you merge it to winetricks?

Sorry, I made a mistake. I update the diff file, and add Traditional Chinese 
localization.

Hi hillwood,

Your patch looks great!

I'm not good at Traditional Chinese, and I don't know the difference between 
zh_TW/zh_HK . When there is no big difference, can we use a fall through?

In fact, people in HongKong and Taiwan all use Traditional Chinese. We usually 
use the same translation for them (I am also not good at Traditional Chinese) . 
I creat a project named winetricks-zh base on winetricks on Github 
(https://github.com/hillwoodroc/winetricks-zh) for all Chinese users, you can 
visit to view my work.
