Adjusting the navbar to fit with the mockup pages in #13

• Split settings into 'profile settings' and 'app settings'
• Minor fixes to formatting and padding

Change contents within settings to fit its functions.

• Basic profile customizations
• True/False Toggles
• Area for profile picture
