"about" page that opens over the top of the main page #2

Was thinking a cool idea would be having the "about" page open over the top of the page (possibly blurring the background when you do so).

About page could include:

information about how to use the website (creating new notes, sorting notes, collaborating with other users etc.)
other required information (but succinct so it's not hard to read and understand at a glance)
credits to all of us in the group (so it feels like a proper website application)

Hey @darkksuns,

Defs agree with the "about" page idea, this adds to the interactivity with pop-up info box overlay.

Some potential ideas on how we could further implement this:

User Guide: Numbered steps tutorial on using the website, how to create/sort/assign notes. We could use icons or images to make the process simpler for users to follow, or even a screen-recorded video tutorial.
FAQ: Maybe we could also include a FAQ section to cover common questions we may think of?
Credits: Definitely could include a small section with our names, roles, and possibly links to our professional profiles/projects.

If we're all on board with this approach, we could start drafting a mock up.

@darkksuns @Ciaranengelbrecht sounds good, we can use buttons to trigger show / hiding with JS & CSS.

Slide deck style UI guide could work here, I think intuitive UI design should be the main goal, though place to put the essentials & FAQs makes sense as a backup.

If credits are branded as a 'contact' or 'team' thing then sure, it's a nice human touch.

@Ciaranengelbrecht your reply feels like LLM btw, soz if I'm wrong, an unnecessarily wordy repeat of the idea & not how you talk in our chat. Don't need to go verbose mode because it's on the github. What are you thinking with 'other contributions'?

notes while working on this so far:

I'm adding a separate JS file so that we can keep navbar things separate from the main notes JS (can be merged back to the notes JS later on if needed)
going to add super basic skeleton for content which will be updated later on once we actually have a good idea for descriptions of how to use the product etc.
