That was already done in 347824cd395c5387b8042df58b3aaf5eb2fab8b0.

_locales/en/messages.json is the file which you need to change to the language you want to use. You just change en to the language defined by google chrome.

So in your case this would become _locales/pt_PT/messages.json which means that if Google Chrome is set to "Portuguese (Portugal)" it would load the Portuguese version of LoLES.

Maybe the translations and another thing be a 3.2?
