ChromeVox: Option to Turn OFF Sounds/Earcons #48

ChromeVox 1.16.0

ChromeVox needs an option to turn OFF sounds/earcons. They are intrusive, 
unnecessary, and redundant.

Sounds are cool but a simple option of toggling them on/off would be much 
appreciated. Sometimes I just want to listen to the TTS without being 
distracted by dinging/clanging/bells and whistles galore. So a choice would be 
awesome.
