No. (as their readme states, no single script/coding mod will work unless that mod explicitely adds support for re3/VC)

re3 now "online" again... can i ask for implementing compatibility? :) (or... maybe in future?)

Plugin SDK is a SDK for dlls/ASIs supporting re3 means reversing re3 executables to support the new addresses which is a tedious job and doesn't make sense when you have the source code of the game.
