Release Version 0.6

Objectives:

[x] Increase Memory Efficiency of PrimeCache by extending BytePrimeCache
[x] Reduce dependence on Kotlin

Goals

[x] Upgrade BytePrimeCache To ~2x Capacity
[x] Split List Module (create a Kotlin "-kxt" module)
[x] Use Java List Module in other Modules (except Statistics)
[x] Change Gradle Module usage from API to Implementation
