The package structure may not be easy to understand, because groups and systems might be seen in different ways. However, these group functions are designed to work with the measurement system. Both use the MutableList to improve flexibility and allow coroutines to run on smaller independent sections of the data. This is really about the Systems module as a whole. Perhaps a better name will come along, maybe one that is better related to system information categorization and processing.
