Data Processing and Formatting

To reach a greater level of testing automation in this area, additional methods involved in data assessment are suggested:

[x] Outlier detection and removal
[x] Distribution characteristics
[ ] Uncertainty quantification

It would be more convenient to rename class: DistributionCharacteristics DistributionStatistics or informally, DistributionStats

The remaining feature: Uncertainty Quantification is potentially compicated to implement.

It is probably in high demand, but not from Kotlin users who are most likely Android developers.

At this time, I have other priorities and will not be doing this feature.
