Numbers Factors Update #78

Reorganize the Numbers.Factors package. Convert static methods to Java. Create Numbers.Structs package.

Tests Passed. Coverage has yet to be increased to the new limit of 95%, but this branch is limited to Factors (and Struct) packages.

More coverage should be added where possible in Factors.

Noticed that the Generators Coverage-Report is missing.

Now, Factors has 100% coverage!

There are just 2 test classes that aren't formatted like the others.
