The goals for this release are:

This is a great improvement on the previous release. It is certainly enough to publish, yet it does not have all the changes from #61 that are important, such as the Primes package.

This release contains no changes to the Primes package. The changes made in #61 in Primes are important, but would require some user refactoring. It is good practice to only make such changes in larger version releases. Some of the changes could be included, but this would require additional effort compared to overwriting the package with the head of #61.
