recreate: sort by\Name

sorting parameters should be case insensitive in case of user error. eg. user uses capitalised "Name" but does not know he must strictly follow the format in the guide

Thank you for your feedback!

We have mentioned in the UG that sorting parameters are case-sensitive. Additionally, an error message is displayed to guide users in the case of incorrect input. As there are only 4 predefined sorting parameters, this should not cause significant inconvenience for the users.

Reason for disagreement: Thank you for your response. However, even though it is true that your team did mention it in the user guide, it is in fact a feature flaw which can inhibit the user in using your app. As such, since the issue brought across was a suggestion, in the least, this issue should be notInScope and should not be rejected as the concern brought across is still valid.
