Important: problem with ENA submissions upcoming Nov 1st! #25

TypeLoader submissions to ENA may not be possible for a while, starting Nov 1st 2021.

Reason:

There is a new version of the command line submission tool provided by ENA (webin cli), which is built into TypeLoader. ENA will no longer accept submissions from the webin cli version that TypeLoader currently uses. Unexpectedly, the new webin cli version is throwing errors that I cannto solve without help from ENA support. But they currently have reply times of about 3 weeks, so the new TypeLoader version will probably not be working before the deprecation date.

This means that submissions to ENA from TypeLoader will probably not work for a while from November 1st onward.

I currently cannot say how long this will be. I will get the new release running and published as soon as I get the required help from ENA support, and will announce news here once I know more.

All other TypeLoader functionality should continue to work as before.

I was able to solve this. New TypeLoader version is coming within the next week or so.

TypeLoader 2.11.0 is out.
