Missing typing #6

Hi, I want to run Haplomat, when my data includes a missing locus. I saw that I should create AlleleList.txt, but I can't find an example for that list. What is the exact format of the list?

@sapiris Did you manage to resolve that issue? I'd be interested in the solution as well.
