  1. No class on Week 7. There will be no class on Tuesday, 16 August.

[Tuning Contest]

  1. Submit your best option set to the assistant by e-mail.

    • Send your YCSB-cpp/leveldb/leveldb.properties to koreachoi96@gmail.com until Monday, 15 August 2022, 9:00 AM

  2. Write a report about your hypothesis, experiment, and final decision in markdown format.

    • Pull request at tuning directory until Tuesday, 16 August 2022, 2:00 PM
    • Title: [Tuning]team__report.md

  3. Check your ranking at Tuesday, 16 August 2022, 4:00 PM

With the exception of team 1, there is not much difference between the results of each experiment. Team 1 seems to be having problems with comments in the leveldb.properties file. Before ranking, I'll delete the comments and try benchmark one last time.

Final Tuning Contest result update! Raw data and tuning contest shell script will be updated, today.

Raw data, excel analysis, leveldb.properties and shell script have been updated. Contest results will be uploaded to the readme within this week.

There were some problems in the experimental environment due to some things that were not inform in advance. Sorry for the late announcement of the results, and thank you all for your hard work.
