Need to determine a way to display the graph and the score. May not be able to but will check, if not I will just display the image from the paper/study and call it a day.

A few images of the feature coming, using the image provided

Changed colors, and scale, but deployed. Its not perfect but it shows you where you'd fall according to the data.
